Message	but usually people on this board will rant about a bad experience at a car dealership, or with other fake members. Sure, Ash is a nice guy, but you have to stand behind your product, otherwise you're no good. You *have* to be a man(woman) of your word. I think it should have been taken up with Ash personally, but if that gets no where it's best to warn the entire group. If it's just an isolated incident then Ash would most likely take care of it quietly Boycott buying CDs! Boycott RIAA!
